Even if you get an agent, they will submit online anyway. The advantage of getting an agent is that they will inform you of all programs you may qualify for. If you have the initiative to search for new programs (a bit problematic to be honest given you can’t find where to start your Canadian immigration application), then that’s also ok.

You can start here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../services/immigrate-canada/express-entry.html

Or go to the Express Entry section of this forum.

Thank you so much for your reply. I already browse the link you gave me, before I started a forum form this site. what im looking for is a log in engine or a sign up engine in that site; because I can read base on the help link that people are also asking where to upload specific documents or to simply sign up. A link where I can start up filling up information about my family, and that is connected to government?

There is no help link. You need to research Canada's immigration programs to see if you qualify.

You are likely talking about the Express Entry profile. You are not at that step yet. You’ll need to have your IELTS and ECA results to be able to accomplish that. As previously advised to you, you must do your own research first if you don’t want to get an agent.

Note that learning the process takes time, many days or weeks of reading. It’s not instant gratification.
