Hello,

This is my 3ed application in 2 months and I am so stressed and flustered?!Plz help. I used the CRS calculator and I get a total of 470point. However, my EE application doesn't agree with that!. I am standing at 416 point and missing 54point!.

Background; I Hold 2 degree one is a Bachelor's degree from Canadian Uni( 2016 grade ) and a nursing diploma. Practicing nursing in Canada since 2017. I have a A level and B level job in Canada for a year and so. I have work experiences more than 10 years outside Canada ( 2004-2011, I know they will only count the most recent years which will be 2008-2011 as work History!.

Problems;
1-I am missing 50 point for the Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience. They only Give me 26!.

2-For the 2 first applications I was eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian express class. However,the 3ed application after the update I am not eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker! anymore! . So confused about why is that happening! I change nothing!. I received an email saying that my profile have been updated. When I checked it it was that; I am no longer met the requirement for Federal Skilled Worker!!. Not sure what happened here?.

PLZ HELP. Any-thoughts ?

Do you still have at least 67 points under the Express Entry scoring system?

Hello,
Problems;
1-I am missing 50 point for the Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience. They only Give me 26!.
So, now, you are getting credit for 1-2 years instead of 3+. To get 3+ years you would need 36 months of complete work experience, and as time marches on, some of your 2008 experience is "expiring" - 35 months counts as 2 years, not 3. That MIGHT be the problem, without exact dates, it is hard to be sure.

2-For the 2 first applications I was eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian express class. However,the 3ed application after the update I am not eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker! anymore! . So confused about why is that happening! I change nothing!. One possibility - You mention having different NOCs. If your "primary NOC" is not the same NOC as your foreign work experience, or if you don't have a full year of continuous experience in the selected Primary NOC, you will not be eligible for FSW.

ECAs are valid for 5 years, so that is not likely the problem, but check the dates (and the dates entered - one typo here could make you ineligible).

Also for FSW check the "Proof of funds" to make sure you meet current requirements.
