From ITA to PR timeline

Hi everyone,
After going for Express Entry OINP French Skilled Worker program I received my ITA in Jan 2017.
Submitted all required documents and medical exams on March 4th - received an AOR on my permanent residency submission.
No news since.... Does anyone know how long it takes when the application is submitted with all required documents to get the Permanent Residency Status ?

6 months or more bc PNP in EE is currently the slowest stream...may even slower than FSW.
