Friend SPONSOR IN MPNP

I had a put online file for my friend who live in india for manitoba province in april 21,2014 we were worked in same institute in 21 years also we have homely relationship between us.I already send settlement plan 2 in May 2,2014..but still no response or no status of file...so any idea for my file?
