French language as a 2nd language for spouse

Guys wanted to double check if my wife taking french as a 2nd language will grant me any extra points because as far as i know it doesnt but during my ee profile creation i found a q regarding if my wife took another test rather than ielts so am not sure if it gives any more points or not,thanks

It seems like you are obsessed with Canadian PR and your life only revolve around it. You cant learn even basic French in one year for TEF. Get over it and try to grow your career. Stop worrying about every single detail and reconfirming everything dozens of time. Read requirements and act accordingly. Good luck.

Am not but am asking because if it will add points which to my knowledge was that it wont it will be a gd idea to take since my wife is good at french.thanks

As far as I know only her first official language would give you up to 20 extra points.
