Nothing is free. If you are applying for PR then you have been invited. Getting invited depends on your CRS score. Setting up an EE profile is free. Do it yourself. Read the IRCC site on your own time.

You should have already done your research to see if you would qualify for any of the PR pathways and whether your score & NOC is likely to result in an ITA. You should expect to pay for any consultation but you are asking for a much more in depth evaluation of whether you have any pathways to PR. If you don’t currently have a pathway with a high probability of securing PR what you need to do to increase your chances whether inside or l outside Canada.
