Forms to be signed and dated

Hi all

IMM EG 7000(issues 07-2010) on Page 37 states that "application must be signed and dated before it is mailed"

Are Schedule 1 and Additional Family Info forms , the only one to be signed and dated as they have the spaces for the same? Do we need to sign other forms also???

I know the additonal sheets of paper which we attach onto our application need to be signed

its not mandatory to sign every page. The Applications forms must be signed and dated if hey have space on the forms, otherwise your forms will be returned. secondly, if you have other sheets like settlement plan etc you may also sign and date it. If you have extra page for job description or stuff like that you could not sign that pages.
