Forms submitted in April are filled incorrectly.

As the title says out of 8 forms including mine and my mums 6 form has been filled incorrectly. The date of birth of my dad has the wrong year filled and in 2 forms of mine and my mothers the personal history has not been filled. In some form the city born in is wrong. All the forms were filled by an agency, At first when I tried to fill the form I couldn't open any form as it was saying some error messages and we finally ended up going to an agency to fill the form. The agent has filled the forms incorrectly and has sent the mail without double checking it with me or my mother. And now I received an email saying "Please fill your imm5669e form with personal history and put your sign too". After seeing this mail I tried multiple ways and finally I was able to open all the sent forms. I found out all the forms sent in last April were filled incorrectly. The embassy has requested only my mothers form to send again, But my imm566e form also has same errors . Now what can I do?
We have already given our biometrics in April and done the medical examinations this October too.
Can someone please tell me what can be done to solve all this.

IRCC has requested that people upload modified documents through the webform submission process only if told to. In your case, I would send your mom's corrected form, your corrected form, and a signed letter telling them of the issue. Then keep your fingers crossed that they accept the forms and not decline your application.
