Can someone list which are the forms I want to include in my application under FSW 2014?

I am the principal applicant and wife accompanies, no children. I will be forwarding my application through an agency engaged in such immigration services.

If I were you however, I would go through the Application Guide: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp and the Document Checklist mentioned on the top of this page: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp to determine what forms you need to include.

I personally did not have good experience with immigration consultants. If you are not too busy, or if your wife can do it, you may be better of doing it yourself. In any case do not trust the immigration agency completely. Ensure you do your own research.
