forms IMM0008 Schedule1 and IMM 5669E

Hi all,
I am applying for Quebec.

I am wondering what's the differences between this two forms:

IMM0008 Schedule1 and IMM 5669E

They are both background and declaration, the content of the form are pretty the same. One is schedule 1 and the other is Schedule A.

Can anybody tell me the difference and tell me which one I am supposed to fill in and send.

The IMM 0008 is Generic Application Form for Canada. The IMM 5669 is the Schedule A – Background/Declaration. Difference is... the IMM 0008 is the application, the 5669 is what they use to run your background checks.
