I will be sponsoring my parents. DOes anyone know if the forms on the CIC are final for the 2015 intake?
Can they be filled out or they will change before January 5th?

No one knows for sure, there has been a couple of forms updated in Nov 2014. You would have to check in right before you submit your application.

It took 3 weeks last January. Should be more people applying this year, so I predict cap will be filled sometime in the 2nd week (but that's just a guess).

They both meet the requirement as specified in the checklist:

"5. Option C printout or Notice of Assessment (NOA) issued by the Canada Revenue Agency for each of the three most recent taxation
years"
