So, the full guide on CIC website is quite specific about writing N/A whenever not answering a question. When filling the forms online, when you answer certain questions, the boxes become greyed out and cannot be typed in. When printed, do you still need to hand type in N/A into all unfilled boxes?

So, the full guide on CIC website is quite specific about writing N/A whenever not answering a question. When filling the forms online, when you answer certain questions, the boxes become greyed out and cannot be typed in. When printed, do you still need to hand type in N/A into all unfilled boxes?

You complete the forms as far as you can, print them out, then hand-write N/A where appropriate.

No, you don’t need to put N/A in those boxes that got greyed out.
