Format of FSW employer letter

Hey ol,

I am starting now to apply for my FSW Immigration to Canada. I need to get reference letters from my employers, they have agreed to do so, I needed to know if any Software testers here have sample formats of their employment letters which I could probably modify and use. I have a list of roles which I do but the list is huge, so should I include everything or do I need to crop details to a limit of words.

Also is there any group where I can talk one-to-one with someone who has migrated from India already and is into IT, I could really use some help... I have loads of questions this is the beginning..
