I am going to apply for PR under PNP and wanted to know what should be the format that the concern officer should write in the certificate. I am from India and I have live in two states in India(within a country) Do I need to provide police certificate from both the province or state. How long is the police certificate valid after issuance for PR application. Thank you.

Eddie bhai you dont need to go to both provinces..you can go to passport office near you and file an application for police clearance certificate. they will give you the certificate within a day. usually police clearance is valid for 6 months. so better get it close to the time when u file your federal PR application.
