form wont open in adobe

I have adobe acrobat reader dc on my computer but the form to sponsor my mother won't open on it
I guess I need an older version of adobe reader and not the acrobat pro
can someone give me a torrent link or any other way of opening the form

Version 10 does the trick for Windows, Version 11 for Mac.

When you see that message look to the top right of screen. Download the form to desktop or wherever. Then go to downloaded form location and open it. It will open,
