Form Request between Background check and PPR?

Hi all,

I've heard that there are times when the IRCC will request you to fill out an updated form sometime between background check and PPR. I forgot the form number, but it's just supposed to let IRCC know if there has been changes to your circumstances (e.g. job change, marriage, etc.).

I'd like to confirm if this is true? If so, does this usually happen in IP1, NA, or IP2? Hope you can help me out!
