I am filling out the form Imm5669e and I am stuck at Question 6. I would really appreciate if someone could help me out with this!
Q 6: Have you, or if you are the principal applicant, any if your family members ...., ever:
--> Who is included in the family members? Does this include my Canadian Common-law partner who is Canadian citizen and my sponsor? If for example the answer for one of the questions would be no for me, but yes for my Sponsor, would that be a yes? Or does this only include family members/partners that come with you to Canada?
Q 6 d) and e) I got refused for Express Entry because of an NOC issue but I am still on a valid work Visa. So I say "yes" for d) -> I got refused, but "no" for e) -> I was never refused admission or ordered to leave?
