Do I need IMM5409 for WP extension application if I already have passed the eligibility for common law in Canada class on my PR application? I am not married but I am eligible and got the same from IRCC. My WP expires in 30 days, when should I apply for renewal?
I never had to fill any 5409 form during PR application, those forms were different and asked specific things about the history of my relationship.
