Form IMM0008DEP do we need to fill this out?

For common-law sponsorship within Canada, if we have no dependants do we fill out the IMM0008DEP form anyway? The instructions say to submit all forms but we have no dependants, should we just put N/A in the dependants box?

We didn't fill it out and just left it unchecked on the document checklist. In the other forms its asks how many people you sponsoring/if you have children so I like to think they can see that we have no need to fill out the additional dependants form. Although I would put N/A on the checklist sheet if I could now.

Do we need to enclose the form .. you said can leave it unchecked.

But CIC Mississauga rejected one application (according to the PGP spreadsheet) because IMM0008DEP is not attached.
