Just a simple one, but in Question #7, it wants a work start date, which I have for 25 years now, but still working same place. So if still working, what are people putting in the End Date box?

Is anyone in the form IMM 5481 under question #3, Net Income for the past year, submitting past pay stubs to support it, or just leave as a figure, because of letter of emloyment and C form from Revenue Canada?
your net income from last year is proved/evident to them in form of OPTION C printout that you provide them with.... as far as the job is concerned, for your current job, either write the same date on the end date as you will for the date you sign the form, or write current in the description somewhere, just about anything is good, + your job letter will confirm this too
