Form IMM 5476 HELP!

Help please!
On the form "Use of a Representative," my husband and I have decided that I will be conducting business with CIC on his behalf. Obviously I am to sign section B question 8, to declare this. However in second D question 10. It asks for signature for the spouse or common law.
Question: I am suppose to sign both places or just in my declaration?

Since you are the spouse of the applicant, I say yes.

In essence, you are also giving yourself permission to act as the representative, right?
