My wife and I got our permanent residence but our baby was born outside of Canada. I'm applying to sponsor my 2 months old baby. My wife and my baby will stay in my home country and I will move to Canada and start the sponsorship process.

In contact information part, it clearly stated for mailing and emailing address, that I can write those of the representative, which is me (the father). My question is, for the phone number, should I write my phone in Canada ? or my wife's phone in the home country (Mother but will not sign as representative) or write both phones under Telephone no and Alt Telephone no. ?

Thank you in advance

I would use " wife's phone in the home country " and your email since you are the representative.
Slim chance they will call but can check it for verification purposes.
