Form fill by consultant but not confirmed what they filled

I applied my work visa by consultants they filled my file but they don’t show me my application
The file is refused

Now I am applying visitor visa
I have a sponsor letter
And show my funds now I am doing business
But I don’t how to tackle this situation.
Because refusal reason will be mention by me in the form
But visa officer check previous file

How to solve out this situation ??

and if possible try to reach consultant and ask them for application they filled as they have record of each client so they will surely give you so you will aware what they fill not sure about GCMS notes work for work type visa or not @Bryanna can assist you best in this Good Luck

How to solve out this situation ??

1. Did you sign the 'Use of Representative' form to appoint your immigration consultant?

2. You should always read any document/form before you sign it. The same is true for your visa application form.

3. You can order case notes (either a relative/friend who lives in Canada can order on your behalf or you'll need to Google for a service provider) + there's an option to order a copy of the application that was submitted
