Form 5532 : PART A - Question 2: Other Sponsorships

I (Sponsor) am currently in process of doing my wife's Outland Spousal Sponsorship and have a query about Form 5532.

Form 5532 : PART A - Question 2: Other Sponsorships

I have previously given Invitation letter for my Parents for their Visitor’s Visa about 2 yrs ago. They got their Visa issued but they have not yet visited Canada.
Does that still count towards me being a Sponsor or Co-signer ?
Should I say YES or NO for this question in Form 5532 ?
