form 5406 - brothers and sisters (only 3?)

IMM 5406, section C, asks to list all siblings including dates of birth, addresses, and email addresses. If my partner has 5 siblings, what do we do? unlike other forms, there's no button to "add rows"

also: is it necessary to include post codes for other countries? and for minors, do we really need to get their email addresses? (when they're under 18 years of age?)

Add a separate sheet of info for the other siblings. Post codes desirable. You can write n/a for those who have no email.
