While filling the form online the checkmark option of NO or YES is there for each answer. However there are two questions where the answer is NO but nothing happens when I hover the cursor over my choice. I tried highlighting, etc. but nothing changes. In short I am unable to checkmark my answer to the question. please urgently advise.
