One of my friend who use to live in Quebec (he’s a Canadian citizen) now live with his wife in another country.
They want to come back eventually to live in Quebec.
They are in the process of completing the forms for spousal sponsorship.
Do they have to fill the imm1283 form? It says that if you live in Quebec you do not need to fill it. I know that he doesn’t live in Quebec but since he was living here and will be living in Quebec do they need to fill it?
As well, can they send the OWP request along with their sponsorship or that should be send se separately ?
