Forgotten travel history

I think we need to report our travel history for past 10years.
But my passport was issued in 2010 and I don' t remember the dates and destinations accurately before that because I threw my old pp away.
Is there any problem if the given travel history was wrong?

As I worked as a guide and went abroad for business trip before coming to Canada, I went to several countries.
How do you guys retrieve such a old information without tracking passport.
There is no way to find the history.

Provide details as much as you can recall. Check itineraries that you have on email, pictures of travels uploaded online etc. In case you maintain a blog, you can get some dates form it. Think of ways, you would have some records of your travel in some form - emails, photos, videos, blogs etc
