Forgot to upload some documents in my study permit application for undergraduate

Hey guys,
It was 8th November, 2019 when I submitted my Study permit application for January intake and realized that I forgot to attach my academic marksheets and my medical acknowledgement.

Also, there wasn't any section to upload Family information form i.e. IMM5645e so I was told by my agent to ignore it as it was not required.

I told my agent to submit a web form and upload my missing documents i.e. Marksheets and Medical Acknowledgement on the same day.

3 days later i.e. on 12th November, I gave my Biometrics and it was updated on my file on the same day. Since then I have not received any updates regarding my file or my web form.

Please tell me what else can I do to ensure that my documents are received for fair evaluation. I have been hoping that they'll ask for my missing documents if they need as it says on their website but after reading a lot of stuff on internet, I am panicking.

I'm from India and I have applied under SDS.
