Forgot to upload Education certificate (URGENT HELP PLEASE)

I have seen in some posts some people got a rejection because they did not include the Canadian degree certificate. I have submitted my PR application and uploaded only the completion letter + official transcript. My AOR is Aug 2020 CEC inland, I am worried about my application getting rejected because of this. Should I raise a webform and upload the missing Ph.D. certificate?

I raised a webform, but I got the approval after 2 days. I think it's not a big deal as long as the date of graduation happened before the ITA
