Hi, so I apply for visitor visa for my mum and the immigration canada refuse once, due to financial and travel history. and i reapply again but then neglect to tick the box that "Has she been refuse to Canada?" box said "No", which i should say "Yes" instead. And now they refuse again.

I want to apply for her again. Would it be risky? Do i need to explaination letter? And do I need to add more proofs?

It would be helpful if you mentioned the reasons for both refusals here so that people can give you better advice.

The first refuse is due to
*Travel history
*Reason of Visit
*Financial Support

And the second refusal is because i neglect to tick the box which I should ticked "Yes" but instead i ticked "No". and the box is 2(b) in form imm5257. asked that did she got refuse recently from Canada"?

I'm worried if i apply the third time they would not trust? Should I do anything more?

Until you can address the issues for the first refusal, and write a letter of explanation for what happened during the second application, I would not reapply. Hopefully other members can chime in on how to create a better application to address all of these things, but prepare for IRCC to scrutinize your third application.

If you were refused in the second application because you didn't tick the box at all, it may not be too bad. If, however, you ticked NO, then there may also be a misrepresentation ban for 5 years. What exactly did the second refusal letter say?

Thank you so much for your help.

For the first refusal application i address;

* Travel History; Recently she just been to Singapore so we scan her passport and attached for them.
* Reason to Visit; She comes to visit me because I just gave birth to my son.
* Financial; She has houses, land and money in our country and we did attached for them.

I'm worried because we told them all the truth for the second application and its we neglect to tick the box with a "No" which should be ticked "Yes". And now for the third try, it gives me panic...

The second refusal said,
"According to the documents you provided in support of your application, I am not satisfied that you have answered all the questions truthfully, as required by subsection 16 (1) of the Immigration Act and refugee protection. In particular, I am not satisfied that the following information is true: 2 (b) Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, prohibited entry, or asked to leave Canada or any other country or territory ?
You can reapply if you feel that you can address these concerns and demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. In this case, you will have to pay the processing fee again."

If you only got a refusal and not a 5 year ban I would consider yourself very lucky. Any future applications make sure you declare both refusals. They normally do not accept I "accidently" clicked no as an excuse.

So should i attacted them explaination letter about the neglect ticking? :/ What excuse can you suggest? Honestly, i just want her to visit her first grandson, she loves him so much, he's 4months old now.
