Forgot to sign on payment form

Please go ahead and send another fee payment form with the cvovering letter in the format provided. It works and a friend of mine did it. You only have to pray that your file won't be opened for completeness check before the additional document is received and attached to your file.

Yes that's a big mistake as mentioned by mabsmabs.

But It would be good if you take appropriate steps to less the risk of rejection.

Step 1:

Write a Cover Letter as follows:

I am very sorry to have disturbed your work at this point as I quite understood you are extremely busy.

Please I wish to use this medium to make some corrections on my submitted FSW 2014 application with the details stated below.

1. Full Name (Given Name, Family Name):

4. Nationality-
5. UCI # (IF APPLICABLE): N/A
6. NOC NUMBER & OCCUPATION:
7. Tracking details

Now state what are you sending and what is the reason.

Step 2:

Fill a new Fee Payment Form and sign it and Vet it by your friend or your spouse so you don't miss anything

Put the cover Letter and New Fee Payment Form in Envelope and Paste the address Label as below:

Once the documents are received.

Open this link, It is used for Case Specific Enquiry.

Fill it, you can copy paste the Cover Letter as above. DON'T FORGET TO MENTION TRACKING DETAILS OF THE NEW COURIER TO SEND TO CIO. AS BY THIS THEY WILL TRACK PLEASE.

Step 5:

Wait for the reply from CIO. Min 30 to 45 days.

Call CIO on 20th February 2015 to know about your status of Case. If no reply from CIO, Call again on 5th March 2015. You should receive some good news by March 23rd 2015.

If you have send your documents on 23rd December 2014, then wait for the delivery as you need to mention those details in your cover letter and e-mail to CIO

I have send the case specific enquiry and its almost 2 months and i didnot got any reply from CIC regarding the documents recieved or regarding the case specific enquiry. in the above u said Call CIO how to call CIO? do i need to call the dubai canada embassy.
