Forgot to send Option C in the file and even the letter

Hi All,

I have send my application to CPC mississauga, I have not recieved my Option C at that time so couldnt attach it with the file, I have even not send an letter .. It has been an year for me to land in Canada so I have attached my Tax return docs in the file.
Will this make some delay in my processing??
Can i send my Option C doc now?? They have even not started my application as I am not able to login in the site with my client id??
please suggest
