Forgot to mention previous visa refusal :( Please help

@legalfalcon, I am in a similar situation. My UK visit visa was refused a couple of years ago. I am already in Canada and received the AOR on July 5, 2018. I got my student visa and PGWP without mentioning the UK's visa refusal. So I didn't mention it in the PR application either. I feel like raising a CSE will further complicate things. What would be the right course of action? Should I just let me be or raise a CSE?

How did you handle this and what was the outcome , someone is in a similar situation now

I’m in the same situation, I had US visa rejection in 2004 and totally forgot about it. I did not disclosed this in my student visa and pgwp.
Now I will be submitting our PR application and just want to know how I will correct this unintentional mistake. Thank you

What happened did you got pr?

I am in the same situation now. I had visa refusals back in 2014 and 2018 in south korea and got approved twice and travelled 2018 and 2019, got refused again late 2019. At the time i was applying for visitors visa 2023, i dont have my expired passport at the time of application coz we moved to a my own place and cant find it so i didnt bother putting it because im not even sure about dates and all or even be approved. Luckily, i got approved trv and eventually got approved in wp. Now i am applying for my pr and my co worker told me its important to disclose it so i have my sister in my hime country looked into all of my stuff to find my passport. They found it and send the stamps of sokor visa applicationreceived stamps. I havent submitted my pr application yet and i am so scared that it will affect my application. Anyone here who had the same situation and got their pr??

Forgot to include a visa refusal. Raised a webform along with the updated Schedule A form.
Received PPR For PR recently.

Did you mention it just in your pr processing? Mine is i didnt mentioned in my trv and work permit applicarion and was approved. I had south korean visa refusals but approved visa as well. I just want to share travel history.

2014- refused sokor
2018- refused sokor
2018- travelled to hongkong
2018- approved/ travelled sokor
2019- approved/ travelled sokor
2019- refused sokor
2022- approved/ japan travelled
2023- approved/ japan unused


Since refusals in my expired passport and cant find it at that time. It was irresponsible of me not to pay much attention to the refusals but highlight my apprived visas ‍
