Hi,

I already sent my application last week. and just noticed that I forgot to mention the names in native language on IMM5406 additional family information form.
Actually my lawyer filled all the applications for me.

will they return my application or is there anything i can do to improve this mistake?

Thank you
AKaur

Reprint and fill that form with all the required information and also your name in your native language. Attach a letter and explain why you had to resend this specific document again. send it to the mailing address that you have originally sent your application.
This is totally fine and there is no reason to be worried about.

Hey,

How did you handle this issue and how did CIC react to it? In a similar dilemma for FSW 2013

Thanks!

I did the same and sent as a scanned email and original copy by post. Visa officer confirmed back to my email it was added to my file.

I think the instructions are easy to miss. you are good as long as you send this in.

Thank you so much. I imagined that they'd have trouble linking it to my original application due to the food of FSW 2013 application they must be receiving. Don't have a VO as yet as the initial application is with Sydney CIO for document checking. I guess I have to give it a shot as by most accounts they wouldn't have even opened the applications as yet.

Not a big deal, if u write names in native language or not....but to be at safe side is always good...so just send them another copy...no need to worry
