Forgot to mention how many times F1 visa rejected

Hello everyone. In my student visavisa application, I mention that my USA student was rejected but forgot to mention how many times it was rejected. What do I do now? Please help
P. S it was rejected twice.

In your previous application what details were required when a refusal was asked?
Because for TRV it asks "Have you been denied a visa or a permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory?"
I did not mention why my visa was refused. I only indicated what was refused, application no, date and place. Example below.
Refused Visa : V0911101540 Dec 29, 2009 Canadian Embassy Manila

Maybe in your case an example is
Refused Student Visa : S0911101540 Dec 29, 2009 US Embassy Manila

In your previous application what details were required when a refusal was asked?

I was barely asked 3-4 questions regarding the university I applied and the VO just gave the 214(b) form, there wasn't any specific number like you stated. When I asked him why he just said read the form. I think my visa rejected because my brother lives in USA on green card. Does the USA student refusal affect my student visa?
