I just realized after reading the forum that I forgot to write my name, date of birth. I dun even know does Costco provide complete address which I doubt. I am beating myself up for such a careless act especially I check and recheck my application multiple times. Do I require to send them a new set? The saving grace is that while CIC send official letter for PCC, I can mail it out together I guess. When will CIC require passport photos? For final stage only?
