i sent off my application without the english test results,will i post if off straight away with a cover letter stating i forgot,will i be ok?
forgot to include english test reults with cec application?

No, don't send your results now. CIC would not be able to match the results to your application since you don't have your AOR yet.
You'll have to wait for them to return your application because its not complete and submit again with the results.

I am sorry to say this but Your application will surely be returned because english test result is a mandatory document and you missed it. There is no way CIC can attach it to your file now as they would not know to which to attach it in those thousands of files. My suggestion is to wait till your application is returned, then attach the result and send it back..
