Guys,

I'm new to this forum. I have sent the required documents to WES for credential verification thru DHL on 6th May, but forgot to include reference number in the package. DHL tracking is showing that the package is delivered on 8th May. But this status is not updated in my WES account till today. Please let me know whether this delay is because of not adding ref no in the package?

If so, please let me know any possible resolution to this situation.

You can send them a mail quoting your reference number and referencing the airway bill. They'd match your application with your documents.

There is no email. You can go to wes.org/ca and click on help at the right top corner. Scroll down and you will find the contact us form. Fill the necessary details here.
