Hello, my wife received a “final request” letter basically saying she is about to be issued her PR and PR card. It asked for two new photos, a copy of her passport, etc., plus an envelope to return the card. For the photos, it asked for one of them to have her name and date of birth, plus the info about the photography studio and the date of photo.
The photography info and date of photo is there, but she sent it in without adding her name and date of birth. Will this likely be a problem? She is the only applicant in this application so there is no confusion about who she is…I’m wondering if we should inform them of the error via webforms, send in new photos now, or just wait and see if they don’t care. Thank you!
