forgot MYCIC account username/password

I submitted my visa application online a few weeks ago and recently received an email from CIC which says I have a message in MYCIC account. Unfortunately I forgot my username and password for that account so I cannot access the passport request letter posted there.
I wonder how I can retrieve my username (and password)? I cannot remember the answers to the password hint questions neither.
In this case, can I just send my passport without including the request letter? (Will it take longer time if no request letter is attached, and how many extra days does it usually take?)

what is your nationality and where did you applied for the visa application. Did you applied visa without passport?

jesuscares - it helps only if you know your username and e-mail. I know everything (my password, e-mail, my hints, all answers, etc., have all copies of submitted documents with me) except my ID. I haven't UCI yet because this is my first application. Solution?
