Forgot Gckey username

Hello,

My friend who used to have a study permit, forgot her username for Gckey.She wants to apply for a Tourist visa now. She is unable to link her old applications to the new Gckey account that we created. Is it ok to not to link old applications and just continue applying for a tourist visa for her using the new Gckey username ?

I don't think she can, each passport is linked to each GCKey so when she tries she will be prompted to login with the existing GCKey.

But if not then you can use as many GCKey as you want.

I will try and see if that happens.

But this is so not easy. She filled the study permit 2 years ago so now we are unable to re add old files to this account. Cannot remember username and password for old one.

I hope we can still submit the form using new Gckey account,please guide
