Forgien worker did not get paid?

Hi there,
One of my friend having a work permit , did not get paid by cheque around six months, Employer said T4 will be given end of this year. Now he is planning to apply PR. I suggested him to visit any consultant "He said not to worry if you have three months pay stubs, ll be eligible to apply PNP" is it true?

Yes. It is true. Most of the foreign workers do not get paid in Canada even if it is a legitimate work. The employers here are used to suck the blood of employees and treat them like slaves.

That's a very sweeping statement. All employers are certainly not like that.

Agreed. In fact, most employers aren't like that. The few employers that are need to be reported.

We have an organization in Ontario that is fighting against bad employers . Google WORKERS ACTION CENTRE. You will come to know the reality. I have myself filed some legal cases against worst employers who ripped me off. This is the bitter reality of Canada that most of the people in other countries do not know and still immigrate here. It is like living in a hell here.

I'm very glad to hear you're taking action against these employers.

But again, it's not all and it's not the majority of employers who do this.

Yes the minority of bad employers out there should be taken to task. I don't think it is a majority by any means.
