I forget to mention my visitor visa refusal in the student visa file. but I got a student visa open work permit and PNP nomination too without mentioning refusal. But in the PR file, I mentioned visitor visa refusal. So my question is that is any bad effects on my PR file? I also have a PNP refusal but 2nd time I got the nomination and applied for PR NON-EXPRESS ENTRY
