My husband and I are here with an student permit (me) and an open work permit (my husband). He got a permanent job offer in Alberta and we want to apply for the AINP program to immigrate.
We need to know if the company will need to obtain an LMO in order to submit the application for the AINP or not
We don't know if the fact that he already has the work permit and the job, exempt the company of submitting an LMO for him.
In my case I will continue studying and we will submit the document to renew the permits when is necessary.
