I worked full-time (48 hrs/week) from June 10, 2019 to May 30, 2020 — a total of 355 days. Based on IRCC's 30 hrs/week rule, I did about 1,530 hours, but in reality I worked over 2,400 hours. Can I still claim 1 year of foreign work experience even if I'm 10 days short? Has anyone gotten points in a similar case?

I think the max IRCC would consider per week is 30 hrs. Anything above is irrelevant - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ry/who-can-apply/federal-skilled-workers.html

so i cannot claim point for one year as iam 10 days short or 30 hours short for 1560?

You need to have 52 separate weeks where you worked 30 hours or more to claim a year of work experience. You are a week and a half short.
