Foreign Work experience

Hey I am Indian. I studied in India (MBA) and have worked here for 4 years.
I want to know how does CIC define FOREIGN WORK EXPERIENCE.
Does this mean an indian working in any foreign country like USA or something
or Even my indian experience counts and can get me points for Express Entry

Yep, it does. You just have to be able to show that you have such experience. With 4 years of provable work experience in India, and with CLB 7+ in your language components, you can get the max 50 CRS points so you have a good shot. As to the documentation from India to prove to CIC vis-a-vis your claimed work experience, this forum is an excellent place to ask because it has a whole lot of very helpful Indian friends (sorry, I can't be of much help personally, I am from Nepal and am not familiar with the system in India). thanks guys its as great help. I was not considering filing an application coz I was confused. But if my own country experience counts as FOREIGN WORK EXPERIENCE than m sure I ll be able to score above 458 points where current system is
