Foreign work experience query

I’m hoping to add my foreign experience from my country to my CEC express entry profile. However, I worked in my father’s company that he named after me. So will that be a conflict of interest if I provide a reference letter due to the company being under my name even though i was technically an employee and not an owner/ proprietor of the company?
