Foreign work experience for CEC while study

Hey all, I am just trying to figure this out. I am applying for PR under CEC and I already received ITA. I have my 12 months experience from Canada and I claimed points for CRS score by filling up 3 years skilled work back home. The issue is that I was full-time student for the whole time I worked there. Does that mean they will cut my CRS score because I had student status and I am applying under CEC? Or can I still count on these points?
Any thoughts on this?
