Hey guys, I have been working as a store manager in canada since February 2023 and should be reaching my 1 year of experience in February 2024.
But I have also been doing freelance work as a designer (NOC 5223) for my father's company in Brazil since July 2023, if work keeps coming I should be reaching my one year in June of 2024. I do have contracts, payslips and bank statements.
I was paid per contract, not monthly (ie:. work 2 months for a contract, get paid 15-30 days after conclusion)
And I do have a Canadian degree in design and animation if that matters.
With that being said, Will I get the extra points for my profile?

Thanks

Short answer is no. You can't claim work experience twice for the same period.

Even when they are different kinds of work experience?
As a manager I’m gaining Canadian work experience, and as freelance designer I get foreign work experience

It doesn't matter. You can't double count. You can only count any given week once towards work experience. You cannot count the same week twice - once for Canadian work experience and once under foreign work experience.

all the resources I find online only impose a limit on the amount of hours you can count per week if you are counting national or international. I have never seen any case similar to mine elsewhere. Could you link me any resource talking about that?

The rule on hours per week is the rule you should be looking at. It doesn't matter if you work 30, 60 or 90 hours per week and if that's a one job, two jobs, or thee jobs - you can still only claim 1 year of work experience for that week.
